Bilstein Shock Rubber Bumpers Destroyed
Hello, any comments on this.
Sport shocks are 5000 miles old. Was inspecting and found, under the blue boot, on the shaft, the two inch long (or so) rubber shock bumper torn/ split right down the middle and the bottom part "chucked" up.
Comments?
Also, does anyone off the top know if a replacement rubber kit is available. That would include two large ciruclar rubber pieces plus the rubber shaft piece describe above.
P.S. checking shocks sure is a pain eh?

I can offer two complete sets of new Bilstein stop rubbers that are on top, below that blue dust cover. Let me know if you need a set.

It happens when the suspension bottoms on those bumpers. I bought the replacements from Bilstein and they were expensive.

You vcan get parts and rebuild them I had some revalved 65 ea and parts replaced. Bumpers and two of 4 pistons was 65 plus some other misc. parts but they had 50 + on them
