Spacer for 2.73 gears
Someone told me that they make a spacer for 2.73 carrier so that you can use the carrier and put in a different ring and pinoin. Is this true, if so who sells the spacer.???

I would imagine spacer plus milling. If you think about the physicasl dimensions of the 2:73 gears vs. the 4:10 or 3:73 you wuold see the difference in them.

I have 4.10's from Dynotech which were installed in a 2.73 core i sent them. There is some inside work to be done. They also do a lot of stress relief to the case. Contact Phil @ Dynotech for all the details. You will also need different length ring gear bolts. He has all the specs. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the extent they went to to make it right. SCOTT
