Transgo Shift Kit Install - Maryland Area??
I still have a transgo ready to go in, but have yet to find an installer for under $400 - 500?? The shop recommended in my area (Tony's) doesn't recommend the mod at all.
Anyone had one installed in the MD area for the $200 - $300 range??? I really want to get this mod installed.

He said that it is better to send your transmission out to a professional shop and be rebuilt with better parts (cost - about $2k). He suggested I go with a hypertech programmer to firm up shifts (which I did), not good enough, sold it. Then I went to the Predator (better, but not there yet).
Now I am ready to just install the Transgo... Tony wanted $450 to install which is double what everyone else is paying. I understand Tony is very good at what he does, but double is not acceptable.
We'll have to hook up sometime, I live in Germantown.
