26x 11.50-17LT 9 11.5
These are the specs for the proposed ET Streets. The sidewall width is 11.5 and the rim called for is 9" width. Any problem with using 17x11 rims?
I don't believe M/T will every come out with the 17" size. I talked to Jeggs this week, they have a delivery date of Nov. 7. It was suggested that M/T may be doing a market survey to see if there are enough customers to go into production.
In answer to your question, let me check my saved email.
A previous email I received from Mickey Thompson back in March.

17x10" is the strongly recommended size, though 17x9.5" up to 17x11" are
approved.

These were originally supposed to be released Sept. 2002. I wouldn't hold my breath.
:iagree:
If you are really interested in ET Streets, you might want to consider getting the 16 inch version. I think the 16 inchers will hook better than the 17s because of the wider sidewall of the tire.
