Call Andy @ A&A corvettes he's a supporting tuner.He's done all the R&D to fix the overheating problems with the ATI.

The stock radiator is fine. I live in Texas and never have any overheating or running hot issues at all. Im assuming you installed the single fan that comes with the kit? If so, thats your problem. Its not adequate enough and doesnt draw enough air through the radiator to cool off the water. You need to lower the radiator and reinstall the stock dual fans. Do a search, you will find more information on this.

The problem may be in the fan itself, first Procharger changed the fans in April- May, do you have the new fan? The new fan moves more air and runs louder, the change was made do to areas with hotter conditions. Second make sure the fan is running the right direction, when the fan is on air should be blowing into the engine compartment, if it is not the wires are wrong and need to be reversed. Last, when your programming was done at what temp. do the fans come on? Check all of these things first before going further.
