Does anyone make LT headers for a C-5 with
Flanges that are either machined or blanchard ground after welding or have O-ring channels for copper O-rings around each port? I throw away headers that have any exhaust leaks whatsoever. It's ashame that in the year 2003
that they still sell headers with warped flanges out of the box.

There is no header available with o rings around the ports. I would recommend Stainless Works headers for the money. You wont have any leaks. Email me for more info if interested. Thank you,

hell, i posted a thread about a certain supporting tuner blowing up a few engines. the thread got *really* ugly, with lots of finger pointing and name calling. alot of insults and nasty things said. moderators didn't do anything until i asked them to myself.
my experience has been that moderators will let pretty much anything reasonable go unless it gets alot of complaints. at that point, all of the mods review it and decide what to do. i think its a great system and allows everybody to speak their minds.

I cannot guarantee any header not to leak unless I install them. But, I do not know of any customers having leak issues with these headers. They are top quality, that I guarantee.
