Very bad Tansmission problem =~(
I ran my car today and launched pretty well on 1st,it did the 2nd shift and then the car goes like neutral =(,it cannot do the upshift to 3rd :cry and the speeodmeter goes crazy!:crazy:
only at WOT.
it is an A4 98!
anyone with the same problem :confused:

D works,and the same problem is when i launch on 1st and i upshift to 2!
the problem is on bouth!
i mean the problem is from 2nd to 3rd in D or OD or manual!

Third to fourth clutch packs are fried. When I nuked mine, those where the exact symptoms. Runs about $150ish to replace them. Shipping cost me about $250 :cry

Problem Solved!!!! :D
were those speedo wires,a wire was burned on the exhaust,i changed those cables for the new ones and the speedometer is working well and the shifts too!!!! :D :D :D :auto: :hurray: :steering:
