New tennis ball installed.
Actually, it's only half a tennis ball, and it's mounted on a new Hurst billet shifter I installed this evening after work. Easy install, thanks to all the tips I picked up here on the forum before I started. I tried prying the key lock out with a screwdriver, but very quickly said this is going to tee me off real quick, so I reverted to the visegrip, screwdriver, hammer process, and it came out in a couple seconds.
The shifter joins Corsa Indy and K&N intake systems on my 00 hardtop. I think the only natural thing to do now is quit smoking and put the money into a blower.
