Driver Side Tach Lead - Revisited
Found the three small white wires under the dash (Brian's got good eyes for I sure as shell I did not find a "bone" colored wire (haha), I then installed the "unmodified" MSD Window Switch in 4-cylider mode (i.e. w/o the sometimes mentioned super secret Barney 5 wave modification). Followed testing with small pills 3000 on 3400 off and used an old circuit tester that lights when you complete the circuit. Bam, my luck changed (again, remember the two hours of searching to find the original article) I found the proper white wire the first go. Revved up the motor, 3000 light on......on....on...3400 light off.
Now, can someone get a hold of the big guys and get Brian's post put somewhere useful. Like maybe product reviews or some logical area.
Or I am I missing something and I used illogical search tactics and it was right in front of my face?
I thought it would be under Tools - Tech Tips - C5. Right?
Thanks guys.

I agree that it should be added to the Tech Tips section for finding the tach wire under the driver's side dash for shift lights, window switches, etc.
Oh, Brian . . .
