DOGGY O4 VETTE CONVERT.
I just got a new 04 vette vert. 2 months ago and it has 950 miles on it and it is a auto with 3.15 performance rear and appears very slow compared to my 02.....I just added the Blackwing, Granetelli mass air flow, ported throttle body and by-pass tube and that was some help but it definetly needs more.

Very slow?
It is still somewhat new and not broken in.
Perhaps the computer is still learning/ adjusting your driving style?
Ensure all 8 spark plugs are firing.
There was some under hood work, make sure nothing is disconnected or leaking.
Parking brake dragging? Feel the rims for heat.
Do a quarter mile run and have a friend time it...very slow I would define as 15/16/17 seconds with 12/13/14 being normal
Do an oil change and dyno.
If low HP do a compression check.
Hopefully it is just your SOTP meter not working.

Hit the track for some hard numbers... A friends 02 Vert with 3:42 (only mod) is running low 13's high 12's. :flag
