After so spirited driving, I looked at the brakes and I noticed that they have burn marks all over them. Now I don't know if this was ABS kicking in or not (I couldn't feel it if it was) but it's got me kinda worried. I didn't slam on the brakes either. That's why I don't think it was ABS. I was very smooth and only pushed the pedal in about half way. The car is smooth as silk and there's no steering wheel jerk while driving to indicate a warped rotor and there's no pedal pulsation to indicate a warped rotor.
My guess is that you just got some brake pad deposits on the rotors. I autocross with mine reasonably frequently, and I've never had a warpage problem. Also, my rotors have the same dark markings you're describing.
If there's no sign of warpage, I don't think you've got a problem.
Holding the pedal down (like at a stoplight) after heavy braking can cause problems. Try to let the brakes cool down (slow driving) before coming to a complete stop if possible. Also, the emergency brake will hold the pads against the rotor too, so don't use it after spirited driving.

The Emergency brake has nothing to do with the pads... the ebrake system is a drum and shoes system... No pads are engaged to the rotors with the emergency brake.
The advice about not using the parking brake is correct, however, for most cars as most cars do not have a separate braking surface for the parking brake. Good advice, just not applicable here.
