Question about heads?????
Why are they so expensive, aren't they just regular heads ported with bigger valves? Could you take your stock heads to a shop and have them ported? With the 6.0 heads are they welded then ground so they will fit 5.7 pistons? All you motor guys talk to me so I can better understand this. All yeah don't forget Saturday is Sweetest Day, don't forget that fellas or you'll have hell to pay. :cheers:

Supply and demand , just look at prices for LT1 parts (strokerkits, heads,etc)
compared to LS1/LS6 prices. :flag B.T.W. Your right about Hell to Pay , though certain people pay everyday . :lol:

I would imagine that the cnc machine costs alot of money to buy and maintain too. Not to mention the time the tuners spend on R&D to improve existing designs. Lastly, how many people can do this well?--Even here on the forum a list of about 20-25 can be compiled, but that's not alot for an entire country.
