This problem crops up once in a while on my 99. I can take it to the shop and they plug in computer and reset it. Some time ago, I read on the forum there may be a way to unconfuse this thing by removing the fuse and doing something? That woould be a whole lot more convenient! Anyone know?
Thank you
Re: AC-right side cold, left side hot? (Cavallo GT)
Thanks for the reply ZO. I pulled the three fuses and reinserted them but, no luck. Are you supposed to start the car, turn on the ignition, wait some period of time, dance around the car, say the magic word?

I don't seem to get any fresh air thru my vents. Think this is the same problem. AC & heat both seem fine, but with just the vent, no air comes thur. any suggestions?

Thanks IndyPace78. The programming, apparently, has always been a temporary fix. I'm taking your advice. It's off to the dentist to get its little toofers fixed!

The ac on fresh air with nothing coming out would have to relate to a vacuum issue. Check the vacuum lines below the glove compartment (under the dash) that connect to the AC blower motor.
