Battery has been going low for about a week now, just went to replace it at autozone, now after the battery is in, the car wont start. Acts like when you try to start the car without the clutch. Nothing.
Is this column lock or what is the problem? Help my car is still at autozone :banghead:

No, that isnt the column lock. Is the voltmeter reading normal after the install? Any messages or codes on the DIC?

Try unhooking the battery and waiting 2-3minutes and then hook it back up but make firm contact the first time so as not to set any codes. I think the security system locked . The column lock has nothing to do with a no start. :flag

This is a great place to get help with all sorts of problems. You can easily spend several hours reading through the various posts. When the warranty is up you can count on forum members for help. :chevy Even when the warranty still has some life in it. :)
