Default Spark plug opinion. Looking for input

Has anyone had any experience with the 4-electrode spark plugs? I am about to replace my plugs in my C-5 and was wondering if it is worth it to replace the originals with the 4-electrode type. More horsepower? Run better? Anyone?

I run the Bosch +4 plugs. Didn't see any gains other than you don't have to gap them :yesnod:

I know they last a lot longer than most other plugs. No problems with mine and I have read that no spark plug will make more power over another functional plug. Just don't use platinum plugs with nitrous.
