Anybody out there have this code before? (P0171) Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1-B). What should i chek first? Injectors, spark plugs, MAF, vacuum? I know i am running on seven cylinders. Please chime in if you come across this code. Thanks

If you are not getting the P0174 code then you can rule out a vacuum leak, as it would cause both banks to run lean. Likewise as far as trouble with the MAF.

A scan tool would be the best way to track down the problem but without one your best bet is to pull the plugs on the driver side. The plugs should have a light tan/grey color but if you have a bad injector that is flowing too little fuel then the plug should be whiter in color.

You might want to pull a passenger side plug for comparison if you have no bank 2 codes to have the best idea of what the plugs should look like.

I know i am running on seven cylinders.
Do you also have a P0300 code
If you are misifring on 1 cylinder that will cause the o2 sensors on that bank to read rich.
