I bought a set of aluminum bezels off a forum member with no instructions. When I put one against a taillight I found that the lights are convex and the flat bezels only contact them in the middle. So I can't tighten up the screws to tight or I will bend the bezels. Am I missing some spacers or what?
mine are billet and were not "bent" but when screws were tightened look pretty flush. If looking closely theres a little gap at top and bottom but not noticable to anyone but the owners.
I suggest you tighten the left side almost all the way and then the right side a little less. Please do not tighten both sides all the way as it may even crack the taillight.
It has been my experience that the bezels will not bend and will remain flat if removed after initial install.
