This link has popped up a few times on the forum already.
It's probably legit, but read it as "we've not yet done a Vette, so we will offer you this super low price so we can have your car as the guinea pig". Expect them to have your car in for the install for a loooong time while they work all the bugs out, if they even get them out at all.
Too many horror stories about "new hot turbo kits" floating around the forum to seriously consider this offer IMO.
