How do I install the hoops?
I bought these:

but I *thought* was as easy as drilling them in. But there's a sign that says "remove fuel tank before drilling", which makes me nervous. Any pictures or anything that might aid me?

The vendor didn't inform buyers in advance of such a drastic install requirement? Just stupid on their part. I'm sure they get needless returns for this kind of thing, they would from me! :mad

Do yourself a favor and don't drill I installed the same hoops on my 02 vert and used a 2 part epoxy called JB weld. You can get it at Home Depot or Lowes.

I agree 100%. I did the same about one year ago and they are still rock solid. I might add that you can get JB Weld at any auto parts also.
