 I tried to start my mn6 last night and it refused. I turned the key to the on position and waited for a few seconds for my DIC to greet me and the dashboard to come to life. Then I twisted the key to the start position and nothing. I thought I just hadn't pushed the clutch all the way to the floor so I tired again and still nothing. I took the key in and out and tried several more times to no avail. I got out and locked the car, came back a few minutes later and tried again and it started. The only thing I can think of is the gizmo that the clutch activates or could it be something in the security system. I did lock and unlock the car? I will pull codes but I wondered if anyone had experienced this and knew the cause. Thanks in advance, Rick
My car would not start, and the problem was a wet BCM (computer module in the passenger foot well). If it gets wet from AC condensate, it affects the anti-theft relay ground and the car will not start. This "wet BCM" problem has been discussed here on the Forum.
The fix for my problem was replacing the BCM, thankfully under warranty. :D

Thanks Jim,
Was your problem intermittent like mine or was it just plane dead?
