zo6 swaybar upgrade
today i bought the zo6 swaybar upgrade from gm parts direct for my 03 5oth anniversary mn6 vert. i know taht the swaybars can be used with the magnetic selective ride control (msrc) and that i cant replace the shocks or ill lose the msrc. my question is that after i bought the swaybars i went through the whole post on the swaybars and read a thread from hib halverson stating that gm parts direct should be advising members buying this upgrade to also buy the rear zo6 spring because if you dont replace the rear spring thae car will understeer more than it does already resulting in decreased performance not increased performance. ive seen that there are 2 z06 springs a front and a rear do you have to replace both springs or can you get away with replacing only the rear spring as hib says because they are really expensive (400.00 each). can you replace these springs yourself or let a dealer do it and after all is done (swaybars, springs) an aligment should be done right? is the frame for an 03 vert refered to a z51. thanx
