is there a different cat set up for...
the flp long tube headers? my cats seem to be twisted under the car and hit bottom first. is there a compatable set of smaller high flow cats i can put under there?

It really just sounds like a positioning problem. You will have to turn the cats a little to get them in correctly, but there is plenty of room under there to get them in there and not hit the bottom of the car.
You could probably put a Random tech converter on under there with a little more room, but you will need someone good to weld on new v-band flanges and keep them straight.
