Re: Aftermarket wheels does it matter which size? (MikeJamesC5)
It depends on what your goals are and your reasons for wanting to switch.
Drag racing? Stick to 18's in the rear for the best selection of sticky big drag tires.
Handling and cornering? 18's or 18/19.
Ride quality? 18's.
Looks? 19/20 no doubt.
The 18/19 combo is probably the best compromise for all of the above, but if you have a specific need, use what's best for that purpose.
I have 19/20's on my (street) car and have no regrets whatsoever. If it were going to a dragstrip often, I would probably get a dedicated set of wheels/tires for that purpose.

I like the looks of the 19's and 20's a lot! I thought about getting another set of drag tires but not sure. Are the 19's and 20's that bad with traction? Because my stock tires suck already. I always have to take off slow because they want to spin. But I want to go with the 19's and the 20's.

If you have the runflats now, you'll find the traction better even with the 20's. The ride quality ~believe it or not~ will also be better (over runflats).
If you want 19/20's, I can't offer a reason to dissuade you, as the negatives you may hear about really aren't all that bad. Make you sure you get a strong forged wheel though, as the low profile tires do little to cushion and protect the rims, and a sizable pothole can and will bend a weak wheel.
I have approx 10k miles on my setup, and have driven cross sountry on them...no problems or complaints whatsoever.
