Eagle Run Flats
Purchased a 2000 coupe last winter and having my first experience with Goodyear Eagle "run flats". I've heard that the run flats are going to be a little rougher and I can feel a slight vibration, nothing major, but more than I would expect. Shop can't find anything worng, but didn't take them off either. Friends tell me that its all in my head.... Any experience out there?

Re: Eagle Run Flats (msuc5vette)
yea, I feel it more in the front end. New tires, maybe a bad install. I'll take it back for a re-balance and tell them to stop giving me that "they will run a little rougher" line...thanks.

:seeya  Your car may need a front and rear alinement.
Welcome to the Forum! It could be all of the above: in your head, balance problem, or alignment. It could also be a bad tire! Not all of them are perfect; I had a Michelin that could never be balanced properly and had a bad vibration over 60 mph. I changed tires and the car is now a pleasure to drive!! :yesnod: :)
