I think I got a bad tank of gas and have noticed an apparent miss since then. I had to have the O2 sensors changed, which were throwing the appropriate codes. Since then, there is a vibration/miss in mid RPM, which is much worse when it is cold (lower than 50 degrees here in TX). I have tried injector cleaners and fuel additives (Techtron) for several tanks, but still no good. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Like so many people, you seem to think that code can tell you to change an O2 sensor. That's not true. The code can tell you the procedure to use to diagnose a problem, nothing more.
You need a service manual if you're fixing it yourself. Otherwise take the car to someone who understands how to use OBD-II codes.

I should have said, I had MTI and a local dealer analyze the problem and the O2 sensors were changed as a result. That improved the idle, and the Ck Engine light has not come back on. My question is whether a bad injector will throw a code or not because the miss seems to remain (worse when cold).
