Default Need PCV help.........

I've noticed some Vette have a catch can for their PCV system that's mounted to pass side cylinder head (Looks like metal GM fuel filter). Does anyone know who makes this type of PCV catch can. I know you can make your own but this peticular setup really looks good. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: Here is a link to a picture. http://community.webshots.com/album/102876900jwEjME
