Rob, Call Dave , I just spoke to him , he's got twelve cars , not including some of the cars that responded in this thread.
Looks like it filled up fast either way though, just try and keep it fair as to who gets in and who doesn't and please, no one turn this into a 'preferential treatment' or shop/tuner war discussion if it suddenly appears that certain cars are being excluded etc.
I personally wouldn't mind seeing a nice mix of CARTEK, VD and ECS cars running together in harmony :p: at a private rental day. :yesnod: :steering:

Yes, I'm sure (hoping) that Dave was already including Brent, Joe and Pete in his count so be sure there aren't any duplicate names on the list.

Just curious, but why would anyone be excluded. Given that the plan is to rent the track for a full day, why would there be a limit to the number of cars.

Atco limits the rental day to about 15 cars. I'm not sure exactly why but I can guess it has to do with safety, liability, the amount of staff and crew needed, and maybe even the person who rents the track trying to make money on the side.

Dave has the list and will be contacting everyone to make sure of the definites. He will be collecting $ up front. Will be around 160/car which includes track prep. Important to pay in advance to be sure you have a spot, otherwise it will go to someone else. Track is reserved for Friday Dec.19 if the weather cooperates. I would suggest to anyone who is not on, to set up another day in December. I know for a fact that there are other days available and, as Mike said, there are enough guys to fill another day.
