Homelink install help needed
I have a Homelink transmitter that I took out of a Maxima visor that I am about ready to install. However I have run into one problem. How do you release the bezel that goes around the buttons from the Homelink. There must be a release but I can't seem to find it and don't want to break it.
I'm trying to remove the part pointed to by the red arrow in the picture.

Sorry I don't have pictures, but I'll try to tell you in words. On the underside of that bezel, near both ends, there are little members that stick out perpendicularly toward the electronics. Indeed, each of the two members has a tip that goes into a square hole on the electronics box, and at the end of the tip, although you can't now see it, is a tooth that points outward. So, if you just press both of those two members inward while pulling the bezel away from the electronics, then the teeth will no longer hold and the bezel will pull away.
