Fuse Problem!!

Fuse Keeps blowing??? Problem!! Help!!
Can anyone give me an idea why my cig. lighter and aux power fuse keeps blowing. As soon as you put a new fuse in and press the lighter the lights blink and the fuse goes???? not sure whats causing it no aftermarket stero sys or anything..Help :banghead: :confused:

if the fuse is fine until you press the lighter in,the problem is the lighter element itself[the socket has 2 terminals,1 power and 1 ground,if it was this or wiring,the fuse would be blowing without pressing anything].
