Headlights
Stock lights have to go.
I found these HID's for $299. Ayone know if they will work on a C5?

These are driving lights, hence the word 'auxiliary' in the description. These do not replace the headlights. You could put them where the stock fog lights go, but I don't think they would look good there either. Catz makes a true HID projector auxiliary light that would be a much better choice.
For better headlight performace, get a set of Euro spec glass housings with true HID lights. Or, if you want to get rid of the pop up lamps, go with the C5R fixed lamps, with HID. That's what I have. Pics on site in sig.
