Differential vent oil leak
This topic may have come up in th past, sorry for any dupes, but thought I'd pass along what I learned.
Bought the car used in August w/ 35K on the clock, noticed small oil drops on garage floor, had that dealer and one other both look at it - the reply came back from both "No leak found". :bs If there's no leak, then why is there oil on my garage floor?
Anyway, took the car in for some other stuff and insisted they look at it again. Lo and behold, there was a service bulletin out on this very thing some time ago. Got it fixed (or so I think) to $45, so if you have had a similar problem, have your mechanic look into the bulletins.
