Trans Fluid in a '99

Trans Fluid in a '99
My '99 MN6 coupe has 58k on the clock with the original trans fluid. Will I encounter any problems {leaks} going to a synthetic fluid at this point? Same goes for the differential fluid. Thanks.

Before going with a synthetic, you might just want to try Honda ATF. We have been using it for years and it is some of the best fluid sold on the market. We sell it for $4.95 a quart and you can pick it up a the local dealer for just under $6 I think.

honda.. ?? never heard of using import in a vette,,hmm, how many qts do I need when installing my transgo kit , not planning on draining the converter,,,,is this the fluid to use?? is it better than syn?? or shoud I stick with gm oem stuff...98 a4

Honda fluids have been known for years to make their fluids to a very high standard. We have tried back to back to back tests on redline, royal purple and then Honda and the feel was just better. Not very imperical, but hey... :)
