Default Little Disappointed

I recently purchased the 4 tip B&B Bullets and was a little disappointed in the quality of the inner exhaust outlets. Looking through the S/S tip you could see the fabricator did a lousy job cutting through the side pipe. It almost looks like he hacked it out with a hacksaw. The opening is very small and when it was cut he just bent it out of the way and now it is impending the exhaust flow going to the inner two exhaust tips. It is very difficult to get inside the pipe to do any serious cutting to enlarge this opening to what it should be. Also, there was no deburring whatsoever on the welding inside the pipes near each flange. Has anybody esle experienced this poor workmanship and is there a way to fix? :nonod:

Looking to buy a set myself, and this is not the first I have heard of a lack in quality of B&B tips. :(

I would try and get your money back. I'm sure the vendor you bought them from will either give you the money back or exchange them...Good Luck

Try and get your money back and go for the 4 tip Borla Stingers. Excellent workmanship.

If they are not the quality you expect, send them back. Why settle when you pay that much money?

I heard a comment like this before I got mine. Must be a couple of bum sets out there 'cause mine look like a work of art. :yesnod: The finish on mine in & out is remarkable. Had a little trouble aligning them, they still aren't perfect there & it could be a weld, but other than that they are mint. Don't keep them if you aren't happy though, maybe try another set. Good luck. :seeya

I e-mailed B&B directly to see what they think of the quality issues I pointed out. I will keep everyone informed. Thanks for the responses.

The workmanship on mine is top notch - sounds to me like you got a bad set.
