The guys on this forum are just starting to run Patriot Heads. There aren't alot members running them at this time. However quite a few f.body guys over on the LS1Tech.com forum have been running them for quite sometime.
From what I have heard on that form The Patriot heads appear to be very good heads. If I were you I would also post your question on the LS1Tech.com forum, I am sure you will get alot of responses about Patriot Heads.
i have them on, the 6.0 liter LS6 Style Heads with 69 cc chambers and nice high compression. I have been getting many things added on my car so I haven't even dynoed or driven the car much. I am going to dyno next week after I break in my new Torque Converter.
My buddy just added the same heads I have to his Z06, got the Kooks Headers and center section with x-pipe (3" to 2 1/2 "like me) and a BIGGER cam tham me, like a GX2 Cam, and he pulled 460 RWHP uncorrected on the dyno and 441 corrected.
I will post soon
Oh Ya I got the 59 CC also :D

I just received mine a few days ago. Quality looks to be very good. I went with the 59cc stg II LS6 style head, Ti retainers and doubles.. will start the teardown shortly..

I had about three or four drool spots to wipe up when I opened the box with my heads (just like 99blkFRC's). Packaging was excellent, ports look damn smooth
Just need another heater to start my teardown.
The ones I've seen could use a lot of polishing as i could feel and see areas that were rougher than they should be--but the price is good if they work and polishing is something you can do yourself without worrying about messing anything up--how does the price compare to porting and polishing the ones you have-
check out the prices at Texas Spee to the left. Awesome! I don't think you could have your heads CNC'ed then upgrade the complete valvetrain for the price. Plus ..no exchange.
I just replaced my Absolute Speed 5.3L heads with the Patriot Performance LS6/LQ9 59cc heads and they perform as well as they look. I haven't been to the dyno yet but my butt says it pulls a lot harder. My compression is 11.5:1 with stock GM head gaskets. I really like the dual quench combustion chambers. I DID NOT see any need to smooth or polish anything, anywhere on my set. The intake runners have very small milling marks which actually help to increase the air/fuel mix. The combustion chambers and exhaust ports were pretty smooth too. Overall, I am very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.
