Who has been using a cometic head gasket?
I am looking to install a thinner gasket to increase compression to 11.3:1 instead of doing any head milling. Does the valvetrain need to be modified in any way to accomodate the thinner gasket?

I am using the cometic headgaskets and love them. Reused them 3 times with copper spray and all is good. A thinner gasket will help remove hot spots by decreasing hot spots.

How is the life span of the gasket? Does anything need to be altered? PCM? Fuel Injectors? Fuel Pump?
I am thking the pushrods must be altered.
