rockers and headers
For the rockers you have to know where you are going with the car. Are you on a stock cam now? Do you intend to upgrade the cam later? Rocker choices now, might limit your cam choices later. If you are pretty sure rockers are as far as you are going, or a mild cam later, going to 1.85 roller rockers is a nice upgrade. I went with the compcams pro magnum 1.85 and got a solid 20hp out of them (that is conservative estimate), they did however contrary to CompCams claim of being straight bolt ons, require modification to the valve covers. SLP states their 1.85 rockers do not require valve cover modification, if true they might be another choice.
(Whatever you do, change out those pushrods whlie you are in there.)
As far as headers go, shorty's dont cut it, definately go with long tubes for performance. I went back and forth between the TPIS and the Belangers, heard some good things about the Belangers, but... The TPIS are so widely used, and I had never heard a bad thing about them that counted alot, plus the price is much more reasonable. The TPIS are 30" wich leaves the cats being moved back some but still safe, the Belanger, so I was told are 32" and this places the cats a little lower, not sure how really dangerous that is, if at all. This all might also depend on the rest of your exhaust setup, putting headers on the stock pipes is generally a waste, so what else have you done or plan to do with the exhaust? If I had to do it all over again from start, I might have got the whole exhaust done by stainlessworks grom the get go.
Just some stuff to think about, and dont run off on my advice, there are lots of other more knowledgeable people who will reply to this than me.
Good luck!

I also agree you should go with a full change , headers only would not give you full potential they are capable of since you still have a hinderance being the factory catback.
1.85 Rockers are good if you go with a mild cam. I learnt this the hard way as they won't sit well with a Power Cam as the Lift will be too wild . Incidently I have a brand new set of Comp Cams 1.85 ( Never Came Out of Box ) that I have on sale. IM or Email me if interested. :seeya
