"left actuator feeback open", "short to gnd", and "out of range". what is the left actuator? also, do P 0420 and 0430 have to do with me not having cats or o2 sensors?
The B0363 refers to the HVAC actuator for the drivers side and the 420 and 430 are catalyst low efficiency codes so I guess those are kinda self explanatory

yep, what he said. turn off error reporting for 420, 430 with ls1edit. the b0363 sounds like it could be a bad driver side actuator door - a really common problem with c5s. you having problems with the left side AC blowing out warm air when ac is on?
anyway, reset it and see if it comes back. if so, then it could possibly be a corroded or wet sensor connector. if not that, then the electric actuator may be dead and needs to be replaced. otherwise, may be the hvac control assembly. i know all of this stuff because i have been through the AC system recently to fix mine - wound up replacing the control assembly, actuator door and actuator, compressor, etc. cost $2000. glad i had an extended warranty.

 yep, my ac is acting funny. sometimes blows hot on my side, ice on passenger. that's working normal again but now when I have the heat on it blows ice on the windshield. well now I know, at least it's not an engine problem. thanks for the input!
hopefully it is just your actuator door assembly or electric actuator motor. both of those are known and common trouble points. parts are cheap and labor should not be too bad. those are also apparently the two most common causes for your symptoms.
if it is ac control assembly or compressor though, then it is expensive (unless you have warranty). if you have no warranty, then you may want to consider investing in shop manuals so you can troubleshoot and fix yourself. i got a set of used 99 shop manuals for my c5 for $50 - they paid for themselves in one day. :)
