hard to keep running cd
I have a 98 c5 coupe with less than 60k miles on it. The car has been sitting outside in temperatures around 30-40 degrees. I have not started the car in about 5 days. Today when I got in it to start it, It started up right away. I let it warm up only a few minutes. I then attempted to reverse the vehicle. As I started to back up and let the clutch out, the car stalled. It started up and when I tried to back up, it stalled again. I went through this about 5-8 times. It finally backed up and stayed running. I did not try to drive it anymore for fear that it would do this at a light. Has anyone had any problems like this or may know what this may be? I have asked questions in the past and have gotten great answers. Thanks to everyone who helped and will help.

Only time I ever experienced anything remotely like this my emergency brake was frozen. Any chance the e-brake was set immediately after running thru standing water.
