You need to write down the codes, look them up and get an understanding of what causes them and how serious they might be. Do some searches on the forum. There are tons of posts about codes. Once you're sure it's not a serious problem, you can clear the codes and the check engine light should go out. If this doesn't work, take it to an expert. Good luck.
But all my codes end with an H, is a history code.(Something that occured in the past but is fine now.)
Went back to the gas cap, wiped the seal again and placed a very light coat of electrical compound (very fine grease ).
Took the car for a drive, what you know, the engine light as gone off .Started the car few times and still ok.
Can you believe how sensative theses cars are? (a good thing...no?)
