Got into the car tonight and went for the right turn signal and got the dreaded crazy rapid fire blinker. I noticed that it wasnt the front blinker because of the reflection in the car ahead of me. So after I got back home I figured out it was one of the back tail lights on the right.
So my questions are:
1.Do I just need to replace the light bulb itself?... Is that accessible by just removing the 2 screws on the lense cover?
2. Does anybody know what part # this is and if I can get it at a local auto store
If it is the rear bulb, you can access it by removing the two screws in light with the bad bulb. The whole assembly will come out and then you can remove the socket and then remove the bulb from the socket. Reverse the procedure to install. You should be able to get the bulbs in any auto parts store.
The auto parts store should be able to tell you, or they may have one of those electronic devices in the aisle that lets you look it up on your own, I know thats what the Pep Boys around us have.
