Headlights
Hi, Would like some opinions on the Euro headlight conversion from LAPD. Are they a large improvement over stock or just a little? I work long shifts so invariably my drives to and from work, about 100 miles round trip are in the dark. I want good lighting but going with HID just seems too much and no I won't buy a C-6 to get good lights! Thank you much!!! Guy :flag

Euro setup is much better than stock, a very noticeable improvement. Teamed mine w/ Silverstars, so I can pick up signs and reflectors better :yesnod:

Well, you might want to try the PIAA 1100's first. They are a huge improvement over the stock fogs and are also driving lights vs. fog lights...longer narrower beam. The euro's give a sharper beam pattern and also have an angle up on the right hand side for road signs and such. Not to mention that and the fact they are glass lenses (better optics). I am using the stock wattage on the Euro's and them combined with the PIAAs, IMHO, is an excellent upgrade. My next step is the HID conversion for $480, there is another thread on here somewhere with more details...

I put in Sylvania Silver Star bulbs in the Hi and Low beams. Also PIAA 1100s in the fog lite places.
This works good. I think I will try wiring HI and Low beams together mainly cause I'm bored and need a winter excuse to play with the car. :lol: :lol:
