LONG TUBE HEADERS
Hi i read that the best first mod for a c5 is the install of long tube headers what about the difference that i'll feel in my car???
What about the hp??
What about the torque??
What about the sound??? It's louder???
But he more important question what is the BEST????? price???

The LSx motors respond really well to better air flow. Anything you can do to help get air in and exhaust out will give you better numbers. Longtubes are a great mod for a stock car but you will get even more out of them when you install cam/heads, nitrous, etc. You can expect anywhere from 10 to 30 rwhp with the headers depending on the car and others mods you have done. More air in + more exhaust out = more efficient motor = more power. Good luck. I'd go with FLP or LG. I've also been hearing good things about Kook's.
