97 with active handling
Did they have active handling as an option back in 97? I wasn't sure?

No, I believe it came out in late 98 or 99, since I have an early 98 and it wasn't avaliable.
I just take off the traction control and drive the hell out of it!!! :smash:

AH was an option around Jan/Feb '98. I actually cancelled my order for Nov/Dec '97 delivery for a March '98 delivery since I knew the AH options would be available mid year. At that time, C5's were the hottest thing since sliced bread. :yesnod:

AH wasn't available on '97's - the option first appeared on the '98 pace cars and then was available on the '99's.

Nope...have it on my non-pace '98. Option in Jan/Feb '98 for all.

Yup! My 98 C5 was built in Feb 98 and has active handling.
