Ok first off the drill mod just do another search on that there is plenty of info about it. As far as upgrading, you might as well put in a new slave cylinder. I mean your tearing 50% of the car apart might as welll do it now instead of when it craps out when you really need the car. Your Master Cylinder will be just fine unless you want an adjustable one.
Taking the tranny out is actully pretty easy, just take your time and look at what needs to come of next to work your way through. You'll spend probaly an 1-2 just on the rear suspension of the car, unhooking wires and the parking brake, the rear leaf spring, all which are not hard at all to do. but when you drop the rear suspension carrier just make sure that you have a jack stand of floor jack supporting the tranny, on the tranny or on the torque tube, cause that puppy will fall right to the floor and break stuff. Other than that it was simple.

I jsut put a clutch and flywheel in my car last weekend, all by myself for the first time. And it was alot easier than other things I have done.
