I'm installing an FJO LED A/F meter in a pillar pod. I need a 12V, switched, headlight source to tap into ( reduces the brightness of the LED at night). Where is the easiest wire to tap/splice for this? Thanks! :steering:
Joel,
There is a yellow wire on the back of the AC controls that dims with the dash and center console lights. You have to take off the center console cover so that you can remove the facia around the radio & AC controls. Unscrew the AC controls and pull them out a little bit. The conector on the back has one yellow wire all alone near the top of the plug. Be sure to post pics of your gauges when your done.

Thanks! That should be pretty easy to get access to. Single pod - I'm tired of looking away from the road to see my AFR.....should be very cool. I'll post a pic. I'm going to record idle clip also very soon....I'll put that up too.
