I've got a few leads. Lakeside Auto and another one out in Powhatan. I have the name at work and will have to find it before I post (of course). I'm in the same boat. Guy out is Powhatan is who has been recommended by someone I consider fairly knowledgable (he has a modded C4 and says the Powhatan guy is the only on he lets work on his car). If you find anything out, let me know as well.
