high flow cats

would high flow cats, and x-pipe give me more HP, right now I have, head and cam package, long tube headers, corsa, etc. 420rwhp, how much more, thanks for helping :cheers:

I have both, put on at different times.

Not sure if I got 10 hp. Could be?

The x-pipe I think is the better mod.

I asked a tuner about high flow cats. He told me they would give about 5-6 hp, if that, over the stock cats. That is, of course, on a mild bolt-on car, not heads/cam, headers, etc.
