x pipe?
So, how much sound do you lose(is it just the gurgling), for those that have done it are you glad or do you wish that you would have not done it? I have a stinger, do all of the x pipes fit....does one fit better than any other? thanks

The X-pipe would turn the volume down 15 to 20% and stop the snap, crackle, and pop on deceleration a must for the Stingers and Corsa's.
Your don't need an X-pipe on Z06 Ti's and the Magnaflow.

An x pipe will turn down the volume at cruise, but my setup with the heads/cam and long tubes still screams at WOT. No more motorboat idle, and because of the more efficient mixing of the x pipe Vs. the stock h pipe it sounds "different", almost like a V-12 or V-16 engine. The dyno showed the x pipe did add a little mid range torque on my setup. I think it's worth doing.

The X pipe will also reduce the amount of exhause system noise you hear in the interior of the car in the 1500-2200 RPM range but without affecting the exterior exhaust sound. :cool: :cheers: :smash:
