Seat removal - help

How do you get at the front mounting nuts that holds the seat rails in place. Appreciate any quick tips.. Thanks ..

You must remove the plastic caps from the front of the seat rail.

There is a little plastic push/pull pin that holds the cover to the rail :)

there is a cover over the front nuts... it is an "L" shaped cover..
in the center is a pin head, almost like the head of a dry wall toggle bolt... when you pull this pin out.. ( about 3/8 in. ) it will collapse the wings behind it...
then you must slide the whole "L" shaped cover forward to the front of the car...there is a clip under the cover the clip is about 1/2 long... slide the cover about 1/2 in forward and it will come right off... if you try to pry the cover off before sliding forward.. you will tear the clip off..
Some times more information is better than less... even if it is over kill..
