Power steering vibration? Please help diagnose?

Power steering vibration? Please help diagnose?
When I start my 2003 C5 auto from time to time the power steering shudders when the car is first put into gear. I've checked the fluid level at that fine. Any clues what's up??

Easy would be to do a bleed.
Of course we assume the drive belt is in alignment and in good condition.
No as easy would be loose suspension, wheel bearings etc. So jack the car up and look around with a torque wrench in hand.

I don't have the answer but I have a problem where the power steering shudders slightly when straight ahead and shudders heavier and is increasingly audible as you turn right, and is especially noticeable when cruising twisty's at 3000-3500 RPM, but becomes normal (smooth, quiet) on left turn.
Is yours like that? :confused:
I have a 97 6 speed.
My fluid level is fine too!
